Ceilings in new construction. What kind of interior ceilings do you have?

Visible wooden beam ceiling, slightly white pigmented. You can't really see the color, you could almost have added a bit more white. I only have this picture with water damage.

Currently, in the rental apartment, I have this ceiling... I like it extremely much. However, I myself will not build a wooden house, so it will be plastered with acoustic holes to absorb the sound. Definitely open. Once you have open ceilings, you don’t want anything else.... (Bungalow.)

I am going with Nordlys and Kaho is coming along. Our ceilings are only plastered and sanded (concrete like drywall) and then painted.

Gypsum, leased, sanded and then with the machine a spray plaster putty with 2mm grain size applied.

Solid wood house: cross-laminated timber ceiling on the ground floor, wooden beam ceiling on the upper floor. Both painted with white pigmented paint with UV protection to prevent darkening. Since cherry parquet is also laid everywhere (except in the bathrooms and hallway), a dark ceiling would have been too much for me. I can provide pictures upon request.
