@Nayla: Unfortunately, that’s how it is... Instead of properly using the search function or the internet, first a thread is opened. Either a stupid question is asked or venting takes place. When it comes to either saying thank you or taking a stance, they are already gone again because either the question resolved itself, or there is nothing more to complain about, or the arguments run out....
