I would rather take camping equipment (stove, lamps, propane gas heater) than batteries for so much money that I never need. It is significantly cheaper €/kWh. And boiling water is easier and more sensible with that than with electricity. Ideally, you have a caravan - they also have gas-powered refrigerators, but that will be the smaller problem in winter if there is no power supply. Otherwise, a mobile photovoltaic system, a suitable charger, and an e-bike battery that is not restricted. You can also connect everything up to 36V or, if necessary, 220V devices via an inverter.
