Buying a condominium - Building description insufficient?

thanks for the hint - can you tell me the user via PM?
I definitely want to get a professional assessment as soon as I have decided to buy. For now, experience values would suffice. A rough estimate whether it is workable or if it is so far from a proper construction description that negotiating individual points is not worth the effort (the developer is unreliable).

I do not see anything at a glance that would IMHO directly lead to exclusion. So if the property is interesting: 1.) Visit the property with an architect, expert, or otherwise knowledgeable person and have them read and assess the above construction and service description. 2.) Have a specialist lawyer for construction law read the related draft purchase contract and explain its content. Then make changes as necessary and decide (and only then sign*) :-).

* With secured financing.
