Hey, thanks for your post. The fact that civil servants do not receive a 13th month's salary is correct, thank you for the hint. You don't have to believe anything else. However, it would not really make sense for me to deliberately present incorrect calculation bases here.

Let's be honest - if you can currently set aside 4k and the rent is 1.5k, then you have 5.5k available for the loan.

And you are tenured - your salary will increase....

.... what are you waiting for?

creditable previous service? A promotion to A14 simultaneously with the status change to lifetime tenure is absolutely common in many authorities. There are hardly any A13 positions left.

But we are in the subforum "Liquiditätsplanung." The expected liquidity is already a relevant point there. It is only uninteresting to you because you are less familiar with this area than with bricks.
