So you rely on acquaintances, might have to pay them somehow anyway, and coordinate it yourself. And you can forget about any guarantee/warranty.

brief update:

- I have the appointment for the plot with the notary on 04.10.
- Last week I finally received the final plans for the house from the architect
- We are expected to start as early as the end of October this year

Regarding the financing, I agreed to finance the plot and the house together and then use 50,000€ as equity, so I will still have about 10-15,000€+ in "cash" available.

I have already obtained some offers and had it confirmed multiple times that I will be done for under 400,000€. Otherwise, I also have some leeway.

But now I’m really having "fun in my cheeks" again
