200€ per m2 are waaaaay off from a TOP location. If you like the location and it has only been on the market for a short time, I would arrange a viewing with an expert quickly.

In our village, this can be done online via a portal... Baden-Württemberg isn't that digitalized yet? Yes, I was just about to say that about the 200. Here, 25 km from Münster, I have already paid €340 /m².

Yes, with us the square meter usually also costs over 400€. However, the property is located 5 km further away in a community of 300 souls. The infrastructure there is somewhat worse and therefore the prices are also significantly cheaper. I would like to put a few pictures online but unfortunately I am not allowed to do so. The house is located on the edge of the village and has an unobstructable view.

The house apparently lowers the land price --> Stuttgart area very good location only 400T€. The plot will have at least 500sqm given the house size.

Have it demolished cheaply, build a new house according to your own taste and be happy. You will never get by with just 600T€.

m2 in the south, whether Bavaria or BW, is always over 1000 euros per m2 in TOP locations. Otherwise, the property is in a good location or far outside.

I may have expressed myself incorrectly, the location is personally top for me. It should be clear that the house is not located on Bopserwaldstraße for the price. As mentioned above, I estimate a price of 200€ per square meter. Demolishing the house would not be an option for me. So let's wait and see what the expert says about the condition next week. For legal reasons, I am unfortunately not allowed to post pictures from the [Exposé] online.
