Hello!
The idea of building is so far just an idea, nothing concrete yet. The idea would be a prefabricated bungalow, I don't know much more. Land is also still lacking.
I am very uncertain whether I can handle such a project, as I have absolutely no clue about anything, I am not particularly articulate or assertive, have no organizational talent, am not very stress-resistant, and am alone. I also have no circle of friends who have built where I could ask questions.
Is there still a way to realize such a project without it going wrong or completely wearing me out?
I thought that if I take a construction company with a lot of experience like e.g. Huf-Haus or Schwörerhaus or similar, then hardly anything can go wrong because these companies have already built countless houses, so normally no major mistakes occur, right? If I also take construction supervision, I have additional security.
At the moment, however, I have no idea what kind of organization will be required of me. Is the client guided step by step by the construction company, also regarding, for example, development issues or other things that are not directly related to the house? Or do you have to completely inform yourself about everything you have to do?
Seriously, do you think everyone can build, or is it really impossible for some and they should better leave it alone?
