I would also recommend commissioning a chemical soil analysis. We had Z1.1 soil, as the arsenic content was slightly exceeded, and we were at about €42 per cubic meter for disposal. We were lucky in misfortune and were able to use the soil on the A8 construction site; otherwise, it would have become even more expensive.

Where do you build in BW?

We are building in the Rhein-Neckar district. The landfills charge €25/m3 for uncontaminated soil. Then there is the transport cost on top. So the mentioned €35 does not seem so unrealistic to me.

However, I do have concerns about stability and settling with backfilling using gravel up to 3m height. Can that really be done that well?

However, I could do without a lifting system. What does something like that cost if you install a fully equipped bathroom in the basement?

For unencumbered, 35€ is realistic. But you don't know that yet... better to plan a solid buffer and order an analysis. Then you'll know where you stand.

Hello Thierse

you might as well ask how much a car costs.
A normal bathroom, including sink and shower, all tiled, will cost you quite a lot if you hire an exclusive company. If you, by getting your hands dirty yourself, hire an all-round tiler, you can stay under 1,000 euros plus materials.

Hello, that's where the rub is. What is uncontaminated? I just experienced that myself recently. Excavated soil (7.5 m³) was dumped into a container. And the guy at the landfill saw one or two stones. Just like that, I was classified one category higher with higher costs. But it only ranges between 30 and 40 euros. Steven
