Maybe you will benefit from the current changes in construction law - otherwise what YPG writes. Everything else is guesswork.

Inner development

It should be easier to build more densely, i.e. in the second row on the property or in courtyards. So if a family owns a large garden that leaves space for a second house, the children can in the future build their own house on this property faster and more easily. So far, this has failed because such dense development often does not correspond to the previous character of the neighborhood.

So regarding archaeological monuments, I would dare to claim that no federal state simply publishes all archaeological sites or even expected sites (including those for features instead of finds) online in a compiled form. Why? Because otherwise the next day everything would be searched by so-called hobby archaeologists with metal detectors and dug up wildly with spades without permission, thereby making the scientific work of archaeologists more difficult and destroying features and possibly also finds. The reference to an archaeological monument may therefore be included so that if the ground is ever disturbed there, the office for archaeological monument preservation must be involved. By the way, I do not know how the legal situation is with you; you might have to bear the costs as the "perpetrators." Greetings from an archaeologist
