there is currently a major construction site underway on our street. you can see the construction site from our house, but the direct view is denied to you because there is a large stone wall. so you could just clear out the construction site overnight without any problems, because nothing is secured at all. the fences are there, but with a small move they are quickly pushed aside. so a construction site thief would have a lot of fun there >>>>>>

Friends of ours have also been able to solve the problem (as Rufus had already mentioned) with a private security service. Although this is not exactly cheap, it apparently also reduces the insurance premiums for construction insurance. The security personnel patrolled the construction site several times during the night, were thus present, and probably had a deterrent effect in advance. In any case, the construction was completed without any further incidents.
