You can do it that way, but it is counterproductive, since this is not a financing exchange but a forum where builders share their experiences and honestly present the broad opinion of the people. The OP receives input on thought processes that he did not have before, not sugarcoated and not sales-oriented. Even if he was not directly asked for it. That is what this forum is about. What he, the OP, or you make of it is up to you.

New building (up to €350,000 loan amount) also possible, of course the installment then correspondingly high, €1,400

Ok then I don't understand your thread? Financing possible. I understood the thread as a question whether you can afford it personally as well. But you have to discuss that with your boyfriend. We cannot accept this life situation.
