He doesn't have to, there are support brackets with angles facing inward, called "visible side inside". However, these are significantly more expensive.

No. At 3m the base is 165 cm long.

Honestly... tiered garden... how can you seriously level the entire terrain completely by digging up/filling in and then plan a 3m high wall? Are you serious?

The topic of the drainage application was briefly mentioned without going into detail. A similar case occurred in our construction area, and the lower builder, who has dug into the slope, complains about severe water discharge and a wet and soggy garden. This poses another potential source of conflict and must not be underestimated.

This project entails more difficulties than one might recognize at first glance. I did not ask without reason whether leaving the natural terrain as is would be an option; I would at least consider it. Next comes a fall protection, okay, a fence can do that too, then it would be a matter for your neighbor.
