It probably will be, if the plot is to be behind the parents' house. The utility lines will just cost a bit more (flagpole-shaped plot). I would rather be concerned whether the meadow behind the house is even building land. A new development area "behind it" is no guarantee for that.

So the plot is not yet developed, but it can be used as building land. We thought about carrying out the development through the new housing estate, as the lines run directly past our meadow.
