so... wanted to share my current status with everyone: We are just before the move-in phase (in 2 months). So far, not much has gone wrong with the house construction (just minor things). I hope this continues with the remaining trades (tile work and sanitary installations).

Of course, we have spent more money than originally planned. Thanks to this forum, I fortunately took this into account.

Current approximate values: House turnkey: approx. €190,000 Ancillary costs incl. [Hausanschlusskasten]: approx. €20,000 (water, electricity, telephone, surveying, construction electricity, excavation, various plans, ...) Plot incl. [Hausanschlusskasten]: approx. €70,000 (I changed my mind on this)

There are still costs for carport and outdoor facilities. For this, I have calculated another €25,000. (I think I am "somewhat" on target here)

Important for all thread starters doing the cost planning for a new project: Break down all costs transparently, then calculate a large buffer (min. 10k). + kitchen + furniture +++++++

and in the end... another €10,000 emergency fund!!!!

Greetings from the soon-to-be own home :)

so... wanted to let everyone share my current status: We are shortly before the move-in phase (in 2 months). So far, not much has gone wrong with the house construction (only minor things). I hope this stays the same with the remaining trades (tile work and sanitary installations). Of course, we have spent more money than originally planned. Thanks to this forum, I thankfully took this into account. Current approximate values: Turnkey house: approx. €190,000 Ancillary costs including [Hausanschlusskasten]: approx. €20,000 (water, electricity, telephone, surveying, construction power, earthworks, various plans, ...) Land including [Hausanschlusskasten]: approx. €70,000 (I changed my mind on this) Costs for carport and outdoor facilities will follow. I have budgeted another €25,000 for this. (I think I am "reasonably" accurate here) Important for all thread starters planning costs for a new project: Break down all costs transparently, then include a large buffer (at least €10k). + kitchen + furniture +++++++ and in the end.... another €10,000 emergency fund!!!!
