Hello

I just had an informative conversation with the building authority.
A garage up to 30m² is exempt from approval. But: The areas of the garages are added together. And my garage is about 42m². So the new one requires approval.
The man from the office said that I could draw it myself and submit the building application (Simple building approval procedure § 64 Bau= NRW 2018) myself.
How do I make the drawing? 1:10 or are there regulations? Is there anything about this on the internet? I just want to save myself the architect. The one who drew my house and my climate cellar unfortunately no longer works here. And finding someone for such a small garage will be difficult.
Tips?

City of Detmold (is located in NRW, right?)

Simple building permit procedure

"The construction drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) must be submitted at a scale of 1:100 and must include all information according to § 4 of the Building Inspection Ordinance."

I then advocate for a bit more space. Enough light, enough power outlets, one or two anchors in the ceiling to hang the motorcycle. Also space for the lift. Then shelves to store the necessary sprays, charger, cases, bags, etc. If there is not enough space in the house, then you can also store the motorcycle stuff there.

Hello

As far as the building authority is concerned, everything is clarified. OK, the 1:100 drawing might be a bit difficult. A friend who is an architect has to help me with that.
The garage (external dimensions) will be approximately 230 x 350 and built with Kalksandsteine (17.5 cm). Does anyone have the grid dimensions in mind? It can be a few centimeters more. Not less.
Now it’s about the gate: drive-through opening approx. 180 x 200. Is there a gate for that which is also affordable or should I go for an aluminum roller shutter? I have to look for prices.
Tips, as always, are gladly accepted.
