I have no problem with the state looking at my account, maybe they have to cry when they look at it, who knows.
There is nothing written there about what you claim. Rather, it translates to them having to comply with a request and the requesting authority must check the existing conditions for the insight. The authority thus arises from the respective intervention law of the authority.
Funny :)I copied something from an authority and pasted it here and added in my own words how I interpret it for myself. That authorities can query account movements if there is a legitimate interest. If it appears differently to you, that's okay. I have no problem with that.
