That’s how I understood it, if you understand it differently, that’s no problem for me.

I personally have no problem with the state looking at my account, maybe they’ll have to cry when they look at it, who knows.

It doesn’t say anything like what you claim. Rather, it translates to the fact that they have to comply with a request and the requesting authority must check the existing conditions for the inspection.
The authority thus derives its power from the respective intervention rights of the authority.

I copied something from an authority and inserted it here and added in my own words how I interpret it for myself. That authorities can request account movements if there is a legitimate interest.

If it appears differently to you, that’s okay. I have no problem with that.
