That's almost professionally dubious ;-)

For some starving people "it pays off": deregister the old company, start anew as a UG. Some brokers aren’t doing any better in real life than private detectives on TV.

I haven't seen anyone with a 34 license in years (regardless of c or f) who wouldn't at least partially have their license number on their business card, usually in the email disclaimer, and practically always on the letterheads.

Really, you're worried about that one last percent? – how cute.

Are you sure that one license could be used simultaneously for a company and as a sole proprietor?

He gets a commission, you confirmed it, now pay. I know many freelancers. Many focus more on tax optimization than on the actual business. For them, it's like sport; sometimes people even toast higher, further, faster while grilling. But they have the advantage that a thorough audit happens retroactively every 5-7 years. But it's not different for an employee, is it? Who among you will declare HO and who will keep commuting to the company ^^

Yes, that's often how it is. Who likes paying taxes anyway. Everyone fudge the truth somewhere. What do you think how many musicians, photographers, all-round craftsmen, etc. just happen to stay under this limit of €22,000 (until 2020 €17,500) to avoid having to show VAT on invoices. A rogue who thinks badly ;) It's the same when renovating existing buildings. For small jobs, many craftsmen first ask if an invoice is necessary and if an agreement can be reached.

Of course, the whole restaurant folks as well. They laugh themselves silly. They get 75% from 'Mom', send people on short-time work, and sell their goods without receipts to go.

And because that works so well, they then go bankrupt. Simply because it’s fun. Fantastic concept

says who? Here in the region, no one has gone bust. They are all really happy. Nov & Dec & Jan, receiving 75% of last year's sales and shedding fixed costs (no personnel, no energy, no material use). I don't need to do much math to see that it works out.

If anyone goes bankrupt, it's only because they don't fill out the applications correctly.
