He wanted a commission confirmation from us in mid-December. We were supposed to write broker commission 7% incl. taxes there.
We had looked for a template, entered the property and sent it to him.
That's almost professionally dubious ;-)
I can't even imagine how a brokerage license and the small business regulation are supposed to be compatible.
For some starving people "it pays off": deregister the old company, start anew as a UG. Some brokers aren’t doing any better in real life than private detectives on TV.
First ask for his brokerage license according to paragraph 34c of the Trade Regulation Act.
I haven't seen anyone with a 34 license in years (regardless of c or f) who wouldn't at least partially have their license number on their business card, usually in the email disclaimer, and practically always on the letterheads.
What he is doing there is extremely cheeky and unfortunately also drags the honest skins in this business through the dirt.
Really, you're worried about that one last percent? – how cute.
For one case a year (formerly up to 17,500, now 22,000 euros), he runs it through himself as a natural person.
Are you sure that one license could be used simultaneously for a company and as a sole proprietor?
