Hello everyone, we want to build and initially looked at several plots of land. Among others, one in connection with a real estate agent. When visiting a property with an agent, you usually sign a proof for their client. Now we have decided on a plot of land that we had previously viewed with an agent. However, the owner of this plot has meanwhile terminated the contract with the agent. I now only have contact with the owner himself. If I buy the plot directly from the owner, do I still have to pay the agent’s commission? Is there a legal claim for the agent for the brokerage? If yes, how long  does this last? I hope someone knows the answer!!
