good question...I think it was once used as an office space. We will knock there anyway in the next few days and ask personally how they see it.

What just came to my mind: I recently read about the [Blauglockenbaum], which can grow up to 4m in a year.

Ulmus pumila grows to its maximum height of 5 meters within 3 to 4 years. Hardy in winter, but deciduous. Works wonderfully as a hedge plant.

Hello moHouse please clarify exactly whether there is no "extension obligation". Such high border development is rather unusual. And there was a building attached. It can be seen in the picture. Steven

Hi,

but it is rather intended as a substitute for spruce/fir - right? It then needs a lot of space to hide the wall. The wood is almost as strong as spruce/fir but 30% lighter, if I remember correctly.

We are going to obtain an excerpt from the register of charges and a land register extract anyway. According to the owner, there is no charge on the property. The marked building window in the development plan would also argue against an attachment charge. But you never know. I rather think that the compliance with the 6m distance area is recorded as a charge on the free property.
