Boundary construction double garage/carport 6x9m Lower Saxony

I just googled again and looked at the [Landesbauordnung]. Hm... Max. size 36 sqm. In our building application / approval, the garage is specified with 49 sqm. In short: I don't understand it. A call to the building authority would probably be most helpful. I’ll gladly send you our drawing as a PM. Cheers

Did you build directly on the border without the neighbor's consent? I would be very happy to receive a private message.

I do not know the mentioned § at all, nor the 36sqm ... and see: it is the old regulation from 2003, we have had a new simplified regulation in Nds since 2012.

We also placed 9x6m directly on the boundary. This was already indicated in the building application at the time. The neighbor has nothing to do with it...
