BJ 2011 - Inner set tear like an outer one, is it a problem or completely normal?

The conclusion is, in my opinion, wrong. The wall has moved slightly, causing the plaster to crack inside and outside. This does not say much about the condition of the wall.

That is a good decision, not only because of the crack. As a layperson, one should rely on the help of an expert for such a large investment.

Of course, it is not a 100 percent certificate that the crack goes through the wall. However, it is the prime indicator that this may be the case. Therefore, it is better to have it checked.

Hi, last Friday I was on site with an expert (scheduling took longer than expected). According to his statement, it is a non-critical settlement crack. Also, the fact that the crack is mirrored on the other side is not unusual according to him. Therefore, I am relieved and we are now in the process of finalizing the apartment purchase. I would like to thank everyone again for your opinions and suggestions.
