Hello everyone,
I am new here and have a question about the Besta drawer with push system.
I have mounted a 60x40x64 Besta carcass with a 38 and a 26 drawer. The additional screws at the very front of the rails are set, the drawers are hung in and locked with the safety levers. The height of the drawers was adjusted with the adjustment screws – so far everything is okay.
Now comes the BUT:
The drawers only open and close by pressing with some luck. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (mostly it doesn’t). When closing, they sometimes latch only on one side, sometimes only on the other, very rarely on both sides. For both drawers, it mostly sticks on the right side. My question is whether the rails can be adjusted in any other way so that the push system works properly? I did not find anything about this in the manual, or I just didn’t understand it?
The rails are properly mounted and cannot be moved in any direction due to the specified drill holes. What am I doing wrong?
I am grateful for any help.
