The Swiss must first "stake out" the edges of a new building. Not only on the ground but also the heights. So that the neighbors can see how their view will be obstructed. It looks quite interesting with a multi-family house with 5 floors. When the Hochzwei was built in Luzern, however, I did not see these.

, how long does the offset actually have to stand? Did you only have to stake out the "new" part or also the areas of the demolition house where you are rebuilding?

As long as the building permit is legally binding. We had to stake everything out, and then there were also a few rods on the roof of the old house...
