„Baugreenhorn“ requests feedback on the floor plan

To all experienced homebuilders or creatives!

We are planning a basement flat-roof house in prefabricated construction on a hillside. These are our designs. Since we are completely inexperienced with the topic of house construction, we would be grateful for any feedback!

Please also set views. I lack the imagination of how to get to the front door, which is above the underground garage.

Is the granny flat well thought out? You don't seem to lack spare change, so I wouldn't want to bring other people into the house.

Check the 4.75 m garage drive-through width with your cars. It's rather SUV + motorcycle, then 2nd parking space on the right.

The path from the sauna to the shower is too far for me. I would prefer a shower at the sauna rather than a toilet.

A bathtub in the bedroom is supposed to be modern, that’s up to everyone to decide. But a sauna too? I imagine quite a few humidity problems there.

First, the granny flat is used as a guest area. We lived in Switzerland for 6 years and the visitors usually stay longer upon arrival. Granny flat also for this reason, since my parents and siblings currently live opposite. Thus, there would be the possibility that they might move in later or a child could possibly move into the basement during their studies. Additionally, 2nd building unit, so 2nd KfW subsidy.

Oh, by the way: The kitchen island is of course too small, it's just the architect's design, detailed kitchen planning is still to come!
