Bathroom window: frosted glass or clear glass?

Another question: with frosted glass, the surface of one side of the window glass is treated and thus rough. That can't be cleaned as easily as a normal smooth window, right? Therefore, frosted glass would be better (where both sides are smooth), right?

Also pleated blinds here. Have the cheap ones for ~ €30 from Amazon in white. They are relatively easy to install and the light still comes through. As a result, we even got pleated blinds for all the windows.
