Bathroom upper floor - Layout (8.9 sqm)

Hello,

I am currently stuck with the upstairs bathroom. The pictures show various possible arrangements that I have thought of. However, I am not quite satisfied with them yet. The passage widths, in particular, are causing me some headaches.
The space is very limited due to the two windows, or rather, I am lacking the necessary additional creativity, so I would appreciate suggestions from you or comments.

I am with tomtom. The shower must be in the corner. The fact that it is in front of the window does not deter me. Why do you have the washing machine in the bathroom? Does it have to be?

Hello, but centered looks, sorry for the expression, but crappy. I had it drawn like that once.

The washing machine is in the bathroom because I want to rationalize away the utility room for the upper floor and instead make the rooms bigger so that living/dining can go there.
The bathroom is on the upper floor, which is initially supposed to be rented out as a granny flat with prospective personal use.

How would you handle the window then? Corresponding decorative film (I don’t find it very pretty), or somehow curtains? Otherwise, you can look directly in from the street side.
