The first of the graphics is the best. The drain pipes run along or inside the wall. Straight away. Anyone entering the bathroom does not immediately see the shower, there is space for a cabinet with towels and such. Do it like that.

Frosted glass would have to be installed and maybe additionally a window pleated blind. There are ones specially made for damp rooms.

A wooden blind, whose slats I close before showering. I don't see the need for frosted glass at that spot, after all, you only really walk naked past there when you enter the shower, and for the rest of the time the light incidence would be reduced. Pleated blinds would also be an option, but personally I don't find them so nice and in terms of handling they would have no advantage over the roller blind.

I would make sure that the pot does not come into view immediately when you open the door. You somehow feel uncomfortable in the bathroom, and there are nicer things to look at.
