Bathroom rental apartment complete renovation

Hello everyone, I am planning to completely renovate a bathroom in a rental apartment. I am currently struggling a bit with the sloping roof, which makes everything more difficult for me. Do you have any good ideas for the layout? Shower: preferably a glass pivot door, as a simple glass panel will probably be difficult because of the sloping roof Toilet: I think the current position under the window is quite good. Sink: on the upper side of the plan? But that would probably only work with a door that opens outwards. Is that common? Or is that more of a last resort?

I would furnish it the same way as it is now. That all already makes sense, and anything else is not better.
