Bathroom renovation / Complete refurbishment - Layout optimization

I don't think the idea of the shower in the slant is so bad, but for me it becomes even more difficult to accommodate the other furnishings. I still find the bathtub best placed under the slant because no space is needed upwards. Basically like in the graphic by shown.... however, the proportions there seem distorted or I just don’t like the room layout - although it looks okay in 2D. I created a slightly different design below, where I placed the tub with a small frame for the fitting on the lower wall. But here the toilet looks a bit lost.... I don't quite feel I've reached the goal yet. Many greetings Moritz
