While thinking about this, this floor plan came to mind: The toilet is hidden behind/next to the door thanks to the rotated door hinge. Choosing a corner bathtub solves the boundary problem with the shower. The washbasin is by the window with natural light. The shower is somewhat shortened, but with 80cm width, 120cm depth doesn't help you much either. Between the shower and bathtub, there could be a nice shelf for towels. This arrangement loosens up the floor plan a bit and in front of the mirror (where a lot of time is spent) you have enough space for two people without having to worry about getting hit by the door. Caution: My floor plan is by no means to scale... Just a sketch.
