No, it is north or slightly northeast. Do you have another suggestion or would you also go with the one from ypg?

So far, we are not 100% satisfied with any variant. If we knew that using the sink in the bedroom was not disturbing, we would stick with the first variant:
But next week we are going to the bathroom planner, maybe they will have a brilliant idea.

The most you surely hear is the shower and WC in the next room.

Soundproofing is also very crucially dependent on the wall. If you only build in lightweight walls there, you will hear it regardless of where the taps are installed. It is the architect's task to design the whole thing properly here. I also find this option clearly better than most others. Personally, I also like the option from Post 5 in the L-layout. The shower is nicely enclosed there. But even in the above layout, you could swap the bathtub and washbasin if desired. If you really have concerns about the noise level, that would probably be the better option. Generally, no one takes a bath at night. However, I would not use that as a decisive criterion. If you use the above layout, I would consider placing the towel warmer above the bathtub. There it is reasonably accessible from both the bathtub and the shower, and you have space next to the door for cabinets, shelves, whatever,...
