Currently 2 and later a maximum of 4 people.

Then you should reconsider the location of the toilet - if only because someone using it would block the convenient access to the washbasin. Placing a drain pipe in the center is not so great either [emoji6]

I would swap the washbasin and the [Toi]. Such a central [Toi] is just too strange.

Hiding the bowl is just a side effect of the walk-in showers, which create the necessary corners for it. I wouldn't overestimate that.

Conversely: I would not underestimate a toilet bowl placed in the middle of the room and in the hallway leading to the washbasin.
