Oh sorry, here are the additional details: - still in planning - the width and length of the room as well as the position of the window cannot be changed. The rest is still flexible in my opinion. However, we have not yet had an appointment with the plumbing company. - the design does not have to be disability-friendly - 4 people live in the house. However, there is also a smaller bathroom adjacent to our bedroom.

So, you have a [Elterndusche], and now it’s supposed to become the family bathroom... or the kids’ bathroom? Are the children still being bathed, or are they already standing at the mirror with makeup on? Nah, just kidding ;) Bathtub and shower? Both?

Times 2 sketches...
I hope you can make out something :)

Of course, you can install a normal shower cabin, then you have more space.
The drain is certainly also set by BT. That information is missing and I am tired of asking. Therefore, I assume a drain pipe in front of the outer wall. The toilet should then also be there.
If the window is floor-to-ceiling, then it must be frosted. Nothing else can be built in front of it anyway.

Toilet in front of the floor-to-ceiling window?

Maybe swap with the sink in version 2?

I’m telling you: frosting. A sink with an under-counter is even more absurd. Then you can't get to the window for cleaning at all anymore.

If it were my bathroom, I would have something changed in the floor plan or install a different window.
Even in BT houses, various things can be changed :)
