Hi,
so the windows have a sill height of about 85cm, the small window is fixed in size, the large one could still be changed without much effort.

...I would probably do it somehow like that, then a sink can also be provided for visitors.... I can't do anything with a urinal and it is not in the program either. There would probably still be space

I wouldn't plan without a bathtub.

A bathtub is definitely not needed. We never had one and never missed one either.
During my Bachelor thesis, I had one in the apartment where I lived; I used it once and got bored after 10 minutes and got out anyway^^
