The ceiling is already in place. You wouldn't see them, right? You also can't see the box around the spot anymore once it's plastered.

If well puttied, no.
So what’s stopping you...drill and arrange properly.
Ps. So a few spots are, in my opinion, somewhat meager.

For the area,
2 better 4 in the shower, 2 above the tub, 3-4 above the sink.
Adjust the rest symmetrically, I think you’re installing 3/5 watt LEDs.

Put both plans on top of each other so you can see where the spots will be located in the new plan. Could the shower wall possibly be moved downwards according to the plan until the spot above the original toilet is covered by it? So if you build the wall up to the ceiling?

Then you could, for example, make a suspended ceiling just for the two spots that were supposed to illuminate the old washbasin—possibly a starry sky or, if it fits with you, hang it with a rustic oak board and then reposition the spots there as you like. The board should be as long as the shower wall. Or add some art to the shower and place spots on the painting from the suspended part.

Then, in my opinion, you would only need to add one spot above the new washbasin location. If the spot above the toilet is not perfectly positioned, I would ignore it—it’s hardly noticeable.

Make the shower wall only 2 m high and leave the spots where they are. That works, don’t worry. It really works. k.

We have now planned 2.11m, so the wall is as high as the bottom edge of the door.

I have already thought about that. But now I’m just moving the two spots over "old washbasin" simply to the right over "new washbasin" and thereby have an uneven distribution of spots in this area but aligned with the other two spots or do I completely cover the 2 spots "old washbasin"?

Above the tub we have deliberately only placed one, because when we lie in the tub, we want to use wall lights and thus soft indirect light.

And the section towards the center of the room in glass.
It provides space, light, and airiness.
