I don’t think the idea of accessing the terrace directly from the ground floor bathroom is crazy at all, as was written above. But I do think you’re overcomplicating it. Think about separate pool houses that are also used for changing. In that respect, I agree with on the optimal planning: plan a terrace door. If you plan a pool day, you go through the bathroom, change, and use this terrace door. If you want to use the toilet or take a shower, you go back into the house through this door. After an extensive pool day, you close the door from the inside. However, I would also plan the bathroom or the ground floor afterward – I find the sketch a bit meaningless now. Since you probably aren’t a six-person family that is embarrassed by each other going to the toilet, there doesn’t have to be a locking system. There can be arrangements.
