Hello everyone!
At the beginning of April, the construction of our semi-detached house finally started ;)
So far, so good.

We are building with solid construction, and since last week the basement walls have been standing. The exterior basement walls are made of prefabricated double walls, the joints were completely sealed with WU concrete during the concreting process. And here is already my question/uncertainty. The gap between the basement wall and the base slab is not completely sealed in all places (see pictures). Since we have very high groundwater, the construction company has additionally sealed it voluntarily with bitumen and waterproofing membrane. In addition, we have a joint sheet; allegedly it is now sealed.
Although our architect is moving directly into the house next to us, you can never be sure.
At the two semi-detached houses next to us (same construction company and architect), everything is completely sealed...
Do we already have our first construction defect here?

I am grateful for any help!

Instead of expecting a qualified answer here in the forum and from a distance, I would hire an expert who supervises the entire construction. That does cost money, but it should be well spent. In any case, we have already chosen an expert for our construction project.

I don't understand... If the walls are partially open at the bottom, then when pouring them, the concrete should run out at the bottom, right?

@ One00 : During the pouring, these were of course covered with boards.

I am concerned about the gravel nests that have formed between the base slab and the wall footing.

I cannot imagine that this is sealed and do not understand why it was not subsequently filled with concrete, but I also do not know if that can be done afterwards at all. However, I am not an expert and I would look for one in your place. You will also need one if you want to enforce your demands for proper rectification. The construction company can tell you whatever.
