Just because the parents have/had a lot of money doesn't mean that you yourself also have a high income.

It is about 1800 euros / month with a net income of 3700 euros as a single. Sure, that is more than 40%, but as a single person living off the rest, namely 1900 euros, it should be doable.
That is quite different from having 1900 euros net income and then having a 900 euro installment.

What repayment does the contract provide for? 2%?
I might also consider inquiring at another bank.

…more than 2/3?
It is unusual to calculate with percentages. I know it as calculating the cost of living. These are calculated per capita and change only slightly with different/higher salaries (apart from more luxury if you earn more).
In this respect, I would also advise you to inquire at another bank.

Plus the 300€, so 2100€. But of course I agree with you: 1600€ remain, many have that as a salary and not more.

... no, the total is 1800, the division was intended to be 1500/300

In fact, banks usually calculate with a matrix. Number of people and net income. Depending on income and number of people, the cost of living changes. Percentage-wise, there is only an upward percentage outlier at very low incomes and a downward one at very high incomes. Everything in between develops so that the percentages of income are always very comparable. If interested, I can provide such a matrix, then it can be understood.
