Bafa support for renewable energies

I read that there is a subsidy from BAFA if you install a heating system with renewable energies. We are installing an air-source heat pump and will first install 15 photovoltaic modules. All electricity required beyond that for the operation of the heat pump must be drawn from the public grid. Is that eligible for funding? Can you rely on the heating installer to be familiar with these applications?

Air heat pump eligible for funding, but more difficult than water heat pump. Photovoltaics not eligible for funding. Heating installers tend to say no.
