Bafa Innovations Funding - Heat Pump 12 Months Time

Good evening. I received an approval for €4500 funding in November 2015. Due to no fault of our own, we are only now starting to build. The funding is only granted if the system is commissioned by November 2016. Since we are only starting with the construction pit next week, it will probably not work out by November. Does anyone have experience with exceeding the 12-month deadline?
