BAFA innovation funding air heat pump

has anyone ever tried to get funding from the BAFA for an air heat pump? The annual performance factor is set so extremely high that it is actually unattainable.

As an air-water heat pump? How did you handle that and with which values was the seasonal performance factor calculated?

If I calculate with a heating limit temperature of 12° (new building) and a standard outside temperature of -14° for our region, I cannot find a Tecalor that has better values than our heat pump or even comes close to the seasonal performance factor of 4.5.
