Hello everyone,
we are planning a Kfw70 house with underfloor heating and an air-water heat pump. Now, as far as I interpret it correctly, I have seen that it can also be combined with the BAFA subsidy and thus receive a grant of:
€1,300 for air-water heat pump
€4,000 for soil-water heat pump (without ground probe).
I have enough space on the property for a collector or trench.
The question now is whether it is worth taking the subsidies for the soil-water heat pump and investing in an efficient heat pump (seasonal performance factor) in return? Does anyone have experience with the procedure and the payment of the funds?
