Hello dear members,
our community prefers applicants without home ownership when applying for a building plot. In other words, if we want to have a real chance at a plot, we must sell our current single-family house within one year after moving in. However, this house should actually be rented out and later benefit our daughter.
What can be done about this? Do you see a way to keep the house anyway? What happens if we do not sell after moving in?
We would be very happy to receive answers.
