Attic floor plan Your opinion

Hi,

my girlfriend and I plan to convert the attic from my father-in-law. The stairs and connections are available. Insulation, windows, floor, and walls still need to be done...

Now I have started and created a floor plan... actually 4-5 but I like this one best.

Knee wall is planned at 1.20 m, 38 degree roof pitch, 2 meters reached at 1.10 m...
What do you think about it?

Is the guideline value of 1000€/sqm correct? With own labor? (Electrical, walls, laminate, painting)

If something like this is professionally planned, what does it cost approximately?

Can you please draw in the 2m lines?

The children's room, for example, already looks barely usable like this. With a slope, even less so. Are the 11sqm pure floor area or living area?

The floor area is 11 sqm... The line is in. I checked the plans again. 2 meters are reached after 1017 mm

I find the entire kitchen unit under the sloping ceiling quite exciting. Both for the sink and the cooktop. The latter you won't be allowed to operate at all due to lack of clearance from the ceiling/sloping roof.

Where is the stairway/stairs??

I think next to the kitchen.

The cooktop is on the island. However, the sink is not.
