Where can you even see the rest of the house and that it wouldn’t fit? So I like the design à la Büllerbü….I am not particularly familiar with experts. Regarding symmetry, I regularly point out a) that it can be overdosed; b) that it cannot replace proportion and other aspects/dimensions of aesthetics, but only complement them; and c) that when overly prioritized, it is excellently suited to compete with nobler values with deadly consequences for planning quality. With a poison cocktail with the main ingredients symmetry and straight stairs, you can turn a beautiful house into an "instead villa." Golden ratio / Fibonacci, Collatz, Euler, ... - You better plan the extension harmoniously. Hopefully you don’t seriously mean this Frankenstein extension: the knee wall only in the extension is just not acceptable; plus the window formats that don’t pick up the scale of the main house. Also floor-to-ceiling, eieieieieiei ouch ouch ouch. And then the horizontal format in the upper living space - helloooo!
