What we can judge here mostly as laymen – but partially as "fellow sufferers" like you as a window customer – is only the impression of the price. I am not closer to this insofar as I have dealt with materials of other price classes. The at least equally interesting dimension "how similar is the offer response at all to the offer request?" only becomes clear to the layman-fellow sufferers as well as to the experts with the information you added afterwards. I am not only saying something myself here; a "like" from me to the posts of others essentially means "I would have said something similar, and didn’t want to double up."

You might want to reconsider your comments....:rolleyes: Well, I'll try to respond appropriately. The first offers were obtained through our planning office. The companies received our draft as well as the heat calculation from the structural engineer, along with a few requests on our part. After receiving the first offers, we went to a company's showroom and discussed the windows/front door position by position with them. For example, we wanted anthracite-colored windows on the outside and white on the inside, some windows without blinds/shutters, as well as a simple anthracite-colored aluminum entrance door without glass insert with a side panel, RC2 fittings on the ground floor windows/doors, etc.!! Since all these companies have very long delivery times (10-12 weeks), a colleague brought a company to my attention that sources the windows directly from the factory in Poland and delivers within 3 weeks. The offer is about €1,000 above that of the other companies. However, including anthracite-colored aluminum roller shutter slats for all windows! To ask for the expert opinion of forum members, I posted the entire offer in pictures so you can see what is being delivered and whether the price/performance ratio fits?? Of course, we thought about the windows/front door beforehand and read various articles/forums and listened to podcasts on the subject. You could describe how you would proceed in such a case?? Surely not only I would be interested! Maybe there are some forum members here who want to share their assessment/experience!! Thanks :)

it's a fair deal after all. good windows are built in Poland too

For windows with installation, absolutely relatively cheap. Compared to other companies that offer these D..x windows, I don't know. I don't think you can get windows much cheaper. But actually, the only way is to get quotes. The installation company also has to work on site.

You can omit the "too." The rule now is: the licenses come from Germany, and the products from Poland (except for the fittings - but don’t ask me where their “German” manufacturers produce).

You can - our stuff was really top quality - really botch EVERY window if the installer "understands" himself as a screwing-in and foam-injecting parcel delivery person.

Maybe a few words from me about the windows as well. Let's start with the brand. It would be a no-go for me. Dru....tex windows are not great. And continuing with the second point: for this quality the price is clearly too high. There are better profiles at better prices. The installation planning looks reasonable, though.
