Thank you for your suggestions. I continued the topic under the same name with the specialists of the Photovoltaik-Forum. There it was said that 1450€ per kWp is still too expensive, 1200€ should be achievable without optimizers and with a manufacturer other than SolarEdge.

All correct, but 1200 will not be easy. It depends a bit on the ZIP code.

Many go as close as possible to 10kwp because the tax office can theoretically demand a profit forecast from 10kwp onwards. Depending on the tax office employee, this can really become a nuisance, even though no profit is possible up to at least 15kwp, especially not at current prices. As long as one stays below 10kwp, one can choose hobby status and is off the hook.

You only save the income surplus calculation, which is about 15 minutes a year. Everything else remains the same ([Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung] and co.). So it is actually just a relief for the tax office and a gift to the electricity companies.

Why so negative? The tax office doesn't gain anything from it, and I can't quite understand the electricity companies either.

Who benefits is the plant operator, because they have less bureaucracy to deal with and save income tax on the profit generated.
