So just lift the corners, re-glue, and done? And by re-gluing, since you would have to lift the floor slightly, nothing can happen?
Then I would do it that way.

And what do you do if, for example, there is water damage and you have to quickly replace the floor (before mold appears)? That is much harder to plan than now, calmly. Then you have even more stress.
At some point, the floor has to come out anyway. Ostrich strategy is not particularly sustainable or satisfying ;)

So I have now spoken to 3 companies. The first would renovate the 7 sqm laundry room for 2000 net!? Or the entire basement 36 sqm for about 4000 euros net. The second says it would not be worth renovating the 7 sqm, it would not be proportional. The third wants 4000 euros just for the 7 sqm. Are these realistic prices? That would be crazy for the small area!?

Depends on the effort they put in meanwhile. I’m just saying lock, extraction, ... What do they say about it?

If it’s just ripped out without precautions, it would of course be a lot of money for little benefit. Then you could also take it out and dispose of it yourself with protective gear.

If I were you, I would probably do (or have done) the entire basement and then have peace of mind.

Edit: We ourselves also had some questionable or definitely harmful stuff in our 60s house. We got protective masks and suits, watered the stuff down somewhat, settled it quietly, ventilated a lot, packed it in big bags, and disposed of it properly.
That was okay for our conscience. My father once sawed asbestos sheets without a mask standing in a cloud of dust. Yes, all that stuff is harmful and dangerous. But with what I consider a sufficient probability, not in low doses and with protection.

And did your father become ill because of that?

I agree with you, I would also prefer to have the whole basement done.

Only then you quickly end up at 10,000 euros for removal and laying a new floor, and I find that quite steep. I wouldn’t have thought it would be that expensive..
