Hello,
I have now thought back and forth several times about the arrangement of the individual elements in the bathroom for our new building and this is what came out of it. Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
(The room is 4×3.5m. This wall in front of the wall where the toilet and sink are attached is supposed to be a kind of projection, where a ledge is created that can also be used as a shelf... I wasn’t exactly sure how deep something like that is usually sensible, so I deliberately drew it tendentially too wide so that later there is rather more than less space. This ledge also does not necessarily have to go all the way to the door if that would be problematic there)
In case the question about a second sink comes up... we don’t want/need that and would rather use more space for shelves/cabinets or similar.
Thanks in advance!

Did I miss something? Three days ago it was still about the placement of a house on the new plot. And now it's already about the bathroom? Is there already a house for it?

The bathroom in our current apartment is laid out like this. The arrangement is almost like yours except that the shower is where the free space at the bottom is. The toilet is where your shower is, and where the toilet is now, we have the washing machine & dryer. If you like this arrangement, a possible utility room could be smaller and you would have more space downstairs for something else. Otherwise, you have 1/3 unused space in the bathroom which would be a real shame. Wasting that much space as an area for fixtures is not really economical :p ...and if you are already thinking about the partition wall on the right, then also think about the partition wall on the left, because the bathtub also needs an installation level.

You have 10 sqm of bathroom. That's actually okay. Almost 2 sqm below the plan is lost due to the window and the placement areas. For that, you have a shower a little over 75 cm wide. That would be too small for me. This is the main bathroom, right? And the passage width into the bathroom is also 75 cm? I honestly don't like the layout. I personally don't like windows above the bathtub. But tastes differ there. If I were to start again. Are the windows fixed?

I think you’re confusing me? A while ago I asked about the height planning with the house and carport but actually not about the house position
